In this interactive game, the visitor has a chance to review three cases and choose the correct sources of law to decide the outcome of the case. The four sources are the US Constitution, Colorado Revised Statutes, Previous case rulings (precedents) and Colorado Court rules. A series of questions will guide you through the decision-making process used by Judges and legal researchers to make rulings, and you will have a chance at the end to see if your ruling is correct.
